About us
The word Orinoco comes from the Warao language, and refers to: "place where one paddles". “lugar donde se rema”.
Our logo is a variation of a triskelion that exists in many cultures including Roman and predominantly Celtic culture. There are many interpretations of this symbol including: learning as a whole, past, present and future seen as a whole. It also represents the beginning and the end, evolution and growth, perpetual learning and eternal evolution. Another representation is the balance between body, mind and spirit, in a single purpose. All this speaks of balance and equilibrium.
Orinoco seeks to minimize the extraction of primary minerals by achieving proper management of those already on the market today and that are reaching the end of their life cycle. Based on the proper identification, separation, classification and recycling of materials such as paper, cardboard, plastic, iron, copper, lead, etc., we can considerably reduce the need for exploration and primary mining in exchange for URBAN MINING.

SECURITY
In every detail we do, we think about providing security to our workers. Our facilities are monitored and guarded at all times. The materials and/or waste that we manage are safeguarded in each activity. All this is transmitted in peace of mind for our allies and for our staff.
ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Ensure that electrical and/or electronic equipment waste does not reach a sanitary landfill or reach sites that could generate a negative impact on natural resources such as water, soil or air. At Orinoco we always look for the best management alternative for each component and/or fraction resulting from WEEE. As much as possible, we seek to reincorporate it into the production chain as a new raw material. Socially, we make consumers aware so that they are responsible for the waste they generate and deliver it to companies like us, which have extensive experience in its correct management.
Our greatest focus is on generating a collective awareness of the scale of recycling that each of us should keep very present in our lives: reuse, recondition and finally recycle. This with the aim of generating the least amount of garbage possible.
